Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact us directly to discuss processing your refund – we will need photo proof of condition and dated receipt of product. Most times we will be happy to process the refund, we just can’t accept when issues that are out of our control are in play. These instances are explained below in some more detail, however, in all cases, contacting us directly will be the quickest way to assist you.

GoKat.Me is powered by our customers, those who make all of this possible, and that above all else we should be putting smiles on faces with our products. We will do all in our power to make sure this is the case. Refunding will be done when valid reasons are presented – read below to find our Refund & Returns processes:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not simply return your product without contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Clothing with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This will be at the discretion of our processing team and may be down to shipping too – please allow time to discuss and process with the respective company if this is the case.
  • Repackaged / tampered with clothing or artwork – we will accept the opening of the seal to view the product, but anything further will result in partial or no refund. This is at the discretion of our processing team. Please photograph anything you think is incorrect or unacceptable and send it in via email or printed attached.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days – this timeframe is this length due to our payment gateway provider and cannot be lowered.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after being approved, first check your bank account again – sometimes payments may have processing or clearing times from gateway providers.

Then contact your bank or card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared and appears in your account.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This includes promotional offers and items bought using credit

Return Process

To return your product, please contact us quoting your order ID and we will provide you a return address that is best located for your location worldwide. Please note, most returns will have to be agreed with our production centres managed by Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
